Q: When can I expect my order?
A: Our average delivery time is 5–10 business days.
We ship our products directly from our suppliers to you.
This unique business model allows us to significantly reduce storage and transport costs — enabling us to offer our products at a more competitive price than others and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Q: The expected delivery time has passed — where is my order?!
A: In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the expected delivery window.
However, delays can occasionally occur during transit.

Q: It’s been 3 days since the expected delivery date and I still haven’t received my order. What should I do?
A: Please contact us so we can look into it for you.
Q: I’m missing some items from my order. Why?
A: Since we work with multiple suppliers, items may be shipped separately. If part of your order is missing, it will usually arrive within 2–3 days. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We cover all shipping costs — so you don’t have to pay a thing.*
Q: I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
A: Yes. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed.
Q: I want to return an item. What should I do?
A: If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and labels still attached. The product must not show any signs of use.
Please make sure your return is sent with a track & trace code, as the sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we’ve received the returned items, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Q: My track & trace code doesn’t show any information — why?
A: Tracking information becomes available once your parcel is scanned by the postal service. Please note that there can be a short delay between dispatch and the first tracking update.
