Returns Made Easy – In Just 3 Simple Steps

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days after we receive your return.

Step 1: Fill in the return form
Download the return form here and complete it in full.

Step 2: Send your order
Return the items along with the completed form to the address listed on the return form.
Make sure to include a track & trace code with your shipment.
As the sender, you're responsible for the return — we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we’ve received your package, we’ll process your refund within five business days back to your bank account.
